What You Will Discover

A Grounded, Accessible Approach

Find Your Anchor

Learn reliable techniques to bring your mind back when it inevitably wanders, without judgment or frustration.

Patience in Practice

Discover how to sit with restlessness and build a relationship with your own mind that feels reassuring.

Real Integration

Bring the calm of your meditation cushion into the chaos of your daily routine and relationships.

Build Consistency

Establish a habit that feels like a relief rather than a chore, starting with just a few minutes a day.

Course Curriculum

An Introduction to Stillness

Allow about 3 hours for text reading, then time for guided meditation, weekly practice plans and journaling. The course suggests one module a week over eight weeks, beginning with five minutes of daily practice and building from there; the longer-term thirty-day plan adds more practice rather than fitting a fixed five-hour allowance. Your active practice time will vary. Keep a record of actual eligible learning; there is no fixed CPD total or guaranteed credit, and your professional body decides what you can claim.

Understand

Learn what meditation is, where it came from, and what research says it can do for your body, mind, relationships, and sense of meaning.

Prepare

Choose your space, posture, intention, and routine, then learn breathing techniques that calm or energize the nervous system.

Practice

Explore breath awareness, body scan, compassion, mantra, yogic, and moving meditations to discover what fits you.

Continue

Understand traditional maps of the inner world and build a daily practice that can continue through ordinary obstacles and changing seasons.
