Course Curriculum
Allow about 4 hours for text reading, plus time for scripts, a thirty-day practice plan, partner sessions, session reviews and the capstone. The capstone calls for at least ten documented practice sessions, including three complete regressions, so five hours cannot represent the full practical course. Track the time you actually spend on eligible learning. There is no fixed CPD total or guaranteed credit; your professional body decides what you can claim.
