A separate way to work together
A focused session for the change you’re practicing.
Not a monthly plan. One private space to explore a new response, rehearse it, and consider how to carry it into ordinary life.
Hypnosis coaching

What do you want to change?
Who are you becoming as you practice it?
Hypnosis and Manifested Identity meet in that question. An imagined response is not the same as a lived one. We can explore it in the session, then notice what practice and real-world experience teach you afterward.
Optional · About two minutes each
Get curious before you book.
These short self-checks are private reflections on your present experience, not tests of ability or health. There are no good or bad answers. Nothing you select is submitted or saved.
Before we meet
Questions about hypnosis
What is hypnosis? Will I be asleep?
Hypnosis involves focused attention and responsiveness to suggestion. You may feel relaxed and inwardly focused, but you are not unconscious or asleep. Many people remain aware throughout.
Will I lose control or do something against my values?
No. This is a collaborative process. You can speak, move, evaluate or decline a suggestion, and end the experience. Consent and trust matter.
What if I am not “good” at hypnosis?
People experience hypnosis differently. Some feel deeply absorbed; others feel calm and focused. Vivid imagery or a dramatic trance is not required. We can adapt the approach to how you naturally focus and imagine.
How can this relate to changing habits?
We can pair focused attention with imagery, suggestion, mental rehearsal, and an intention to practice a different response. The question is not only what you want to stop doing, but what you want to try instead.
What does a session feel like? Will I remember it?
There is no single feeling: some people notice relaxation, concentration, imagery, or a shift in their sense of time; others simply feel focused. You will generally remember the session, much as you would a meditation or guided conversation.
Is one session enough? Are results permanent?
That depends on your goal and experience. This booking is for one session, not an ongoing program. No particular result or permanent change is guaranteed; practice, repetition, and real-life support may matter. We can discuss whether further work would be useful afterward.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. This offering is coaching for habits, relaxation, confidence, performance, and personal development. It is not diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, or crisis support, and it does not replace appropriate licensed care.
How does it connect with Manifested Identity?
Alongside asking what behavior you want to change, we ask who you are becoming when that response changes. Focused rehearsal can be a way to explore that identity; everyday practice is where you learn what fits.
